Container Operation Senior Executive.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Based in Port Sudan.
No. of Position: 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum required Qualification\/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degree in Economics or Business or Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluent in English \u2013 both writing and verbal & computer skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in Container Transportation & Logistics is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan and execute logistics requirement in supporting Liner business activities by providing the right container specifications to customers at the right time, and place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage Containers movement in\/out the port, Depot, matters involving processes, negotiations with the Port to meet the targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist in Manage container demurrage and detention processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assist in Handle insurance and claims matters involving container and its cargoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monitor company\u2019s staff performances inside the port and ensure all equipment and logistics functions are carried out without interruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other related tasks acquired by the department needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commercial Executive<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Based in Khartoum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No of Position= 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum required Qualification\/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degree in Economics or Business or Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluent in English \u2013 both writing and verbal & computer skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in Container Transportation & Logistics is preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan, review, monitor and control the implementation of the competitive pricing policies and services packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plan, strategist, manage and control cargo & equipment flow\/ loading patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Evaluate and propose periodical sales to customers and Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Review, strategize and expand the new\/ existing customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manage, identify and administer unclaimed cargo incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monitor performances and ensure all sales and marketing functions are producing the desired revenue targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide professional advice\/ guidelines on Bill of Lading terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability of perform all customer service tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other related tasks acquired by the department needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admin, Legal & Insurance Officer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Based in Port Sudan <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No of Position= 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum required Qualification\/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degree in Economics or Business or Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluent in English \u2013 both writing and verbal & computer skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in Container Transportation & Logistics preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n

obtaining suppliers quotations with preparation and processing of purchase orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing fuel purchasing and distribution for the company\u2019s vehicles and Generators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Managing travel arrangements for business directors and employees & hotel reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coordinating, planning, and arranging company\u2019s events, including annual registration of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following up outstanding legal issues \u201ccontracts \u2013 legal cases\u201d and liaising between the company & legal parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submitting Monthly & quarterly Report for all claims and Insurance contracts to Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drafting company formal letters & other Documents related to claims and insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any other related tasks acquired by the department needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
