Projects Execution Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n Co-ordinating projects execution and production (POSM\/ branding\/ media\/ events\/ outdoor), ensuring that all stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget resources and deadlines deliverables.<\/p>\n \n Projects Follow up and Tracking:<\/strong><\/p>\n Preparing periodical operations and production status reports and project budgets through regularly tracking and updating projects’ progress.<\/p>\n \n Informing key stakeholders and building effective relationships with clients:<\/strong><\/p>\n Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems and building effective relationships with key departments and clients.<\/p>\n \n Performance management:<\/strong><\/p>\n Tracking the work follow and reporting the operations and productions performance of the jobs they are handling alongside analytics and recommendations of corrective actions<\/p>\n \n Suppliers\/Stakeholders management:<\/strong><\/p>\n Maintaining sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers\/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.<\/p>\n \n Quality control:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ensuring the quality of service requested by clients is met (POSM\/ branding\/ media\/ events\/ outdoor), by periodically monitoring and reviewing all suppliers\u2019 job<\/p>\n \n Time management:<\/strong><\/p>\n Setting and tracking Operations and production time frames and ensure the related teams meet these timelines<\/p>\n \n Budget Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n Meeting budget standards by estimating and managing expenses, ensuring cost effectiveness<\/p>\n \n Others:<\/strong><\/p>\n Taking accountability and ownership of any other tasks or projects assigned to them.<\/p>\n \n Working Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n \n \n <\/p>\n\n
