Sudanese Nationals to fill the following vacancy:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lead studies and analyses complex\/ recurring problems related to civil works to identify gaps and recommends suitable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participate as a member of special\/ ad-hoc teams such as HAZOP study groups to study various technical problems and provide expert technical inputs related to civil engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Review the design of civil structures to ensure of it is fit for purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Provide cost estimations, contribute to the preparation of ITB documents and participate in techno- commercial evaluation and vendor clarification to support the bidding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assist in preparing detailed project plans and related documents to obtain management approvals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monitor Contractors & 3rd party consultants (if any) on site to ensure all civil works are completed as per contractual tens and plan within the defined time-frames & budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Provide input to assist the Teams Leader in preparing project progress reports as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prepare engineering standards and specifications for civil works and ensure procedures\/ manuals are up to date for operational maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Set and communicate performance expectations to team members and provide coaching\/ training to address development areas that will enhance individual and team performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to influence positive outcomes for organizational growth and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Formal Education Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Years & Field of Experience Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bachelor\u2019s degree with minimum of 6 year\u2019s related experience in varied structural works, hydraulic structures, highway and construction management a minimum of 2 years of project management experience (named the projects)PMP certified is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recent Photograph plus copies of qualifications, experience, national service, birth certificates and CVs, should be attached with the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Only short listed applicants will be contacted for interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\nHow to Apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
