{"id":346,"date":"2021-01-26T12:54:16","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T09:54:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sudanworks.com\/?p=346"},"modified":"2021-01-26T12:54:16","modified_gmt":"2021-01-26T09:54:16","slug":"operational-risk-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/getforsa.com\/?p=346","title":{"rendered":"Operational Risk Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>A well-known financial Institution with good reputation is looking for competent, self-motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the following Position based in Khartoum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Operational Risk Supervisor&nbsp;2021\/01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assist Operational risk manager in coordination activities with other departments\/ business units where needed.<\/li><li>Assist in identifying, measuring, monitoring and recommending strategies to mitigate operational risks.<\/li><li>Comprehensively work on RCSA.<\/li><li>Analyze technical and business requirements that drive critical business functions.<\/li><li>Assist with the execution of the business continuity and disaster recovery plan(s).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Assist in developing documentation of policies, procedures and standards.<\/li><li>Assist in proactively identifying and addressing risk issues and weakness in products, policies and processes on needs basis.<\/li><li>Assist in or conducts employee awareness programs, as needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Experience &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System, related field, or equivalent work experience.<\/li><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience (control function or operations function in banking are more preferred).<\/li><li>Well round knowledge of the Bank\u2019s operations and processes and excellent knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.<\/li><li>Strong communication and analytical skills.<\/li><li>Ability to establish priorities, plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan.<\/li><li>Well-developed oral report \u2013 writing skills.<\/li><li>Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel for analyzing research.<\/li><li>Ability to work in team set-up.<\/li><li>Ability to quickly grasp and understand systems and keen to detail.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested applicants should send their applications along with their CVs to: &nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:Recruit21.hr@gmail.com\">Recruit21.hr@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A well-known financial Institution with good reputation is looking for competent, self-motivated and dynamic candidates to fill the following Position based in Khartoum.
