لضمان توفير خدمة محاسبة مالية عالية الجودة تدعم الإدارة الفعالة والفعالة لموارد Dal Food المالية ، ضمن المبادئ التوجيهية القانونية والتنظيمية. للعمل ضمن فريق المالية دعم المعالجة الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للمعاملات والعمليات المالية ، ومتطلبات إعداد التقارير الداخلية / الخارجية.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التأكد من دقة المستندات المالية.
- إعداد التقارير المالية المهمة والاحتفاظ بها.
- إدارة الحسابات المختلفة.
- يحتفظ بالسجلات المالية للشركات الفرعية عن طريق تحليل الميزانيات العمومية وحسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام.
- يوفق بين الحسابات المصرفية العامة والفرعية عن طريق جمع المعلومات وتحقيق التوازن بينها.
- يقدم معلومات عن الوضع المالي من خلال إعداد تقارير خاصة. استكمال المشاريع الخاصة.
- يحتفظ بحسابات دفتر الأستاذ العام عن طريق تسوية تفاصيل حسابات القبض والتحكم في الحسابات ؛ تعديل قيود الاستهلاكات المدفوعة مسبقًا ؛ تحليل وتسوية دفاتر الأستاذ المحتجزة والحسابات الدائنة ؛ إعداد إهلاك الأصول الثابتة والمستحقات.
- يؤمن المعلومات المالية من خلال استكمال النسخ الاحتياطي لقاعدة البيانات. الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات.
- يحافظ على الضوابط المحاسبية باتباع السياسات والإجراءات ؛ الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية المالية الفيدرالية والولائية والمحلية.
- ينجز مهمة المحاسبة والتنظيم من خلال استكمال النتائج ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.
- الاستفادة من أنظمة إدارة قواعد البيانات للحفاظ على ما يصل إلى تاريخ حفظ السجلات المالية.
- مراجعة البيانات للتأكد من اتباع الإجراءات المناسبة.
- إجراء أو المساعدة في عمليات تدقيق الأصول الثابتة.
- معرفة وافية بمحاسبة دفتر الأستاذ العام وتسوية الحسابات.
- مستوى طاقة عالي واهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تحليلية جيدة وخبرة في برامج المحاسبة.

About the job:
To ensure a high-quality financial accounting service that supports the efficient and effective management of Dal Food’s financial resources, within legal and regulatory guidelines. To work within the finance team supporting the accurate and timely handling of financial transactions and operations, and internal / external reporting requirements.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of financial documents.
Prepare and maintain important financial reports.
- Managing various accounts.
Maintains subsidiary financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Reconcil general and branch bank accounts by collecting information and achieving balance between them.
Provides information on the financial situation by preparing special reports. Complete special projects.
Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable details and controlling accounts; Modify prepaid consumption restrictions; Analysis and reconciliation of retained ledgers and accounts payable; Preparing depreciation of fixed assets and receivables.
Secures financial information by completing database backups. Maintain confidentiality of information.
Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; Compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Accomplishes the task of accounting and organization by completing related results as needed.
Utilize database management systems to keep up-to-date financial records keeping.
Review data to ensure proper procedures are followed.
Conducting or assisting in fixed asset audits.
A thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
High power level and strong attention to detail.
Good analytical skills and experience in accounting software.
Experience:
