Umdurman Mining Company is seeking a qualified Services Supervisor to join its HR & Administration team at the Alebidia Site, River Nile State. The role focuses on supervising kitchen operations, ensuring the provision of safe, healthy, and balanced meals for employees, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing staff, and optimizing resources to minimize waste.
What We’re Looking For ?
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Maximum age: 45 years
- Specialized certifications in the field are preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Experience in meal planning and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
