Job Purpose
To support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation system and HR policies across the Group. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with organizational frameworks by conducting job evaluation, market benchmarking, and policy administration in alignment with the Company’s reward strategy
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in human resources and preferably have exposure to Compensation related matters.
