Container Operation Senior Executive.
Based in Port Sudan.

Minimum required Qualification/ Experience
Degree in Economics or Business or Logistics.
Fluent in English – both writing and verbal & computer skills.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Container Transportation & Logistics is preferred.
Plan and execute logistics requirement in supporting Liner business activities by providing the right container specifications to customers at the right time, and place.
Manage Containers movement in/out the port, Depot, matters involving processes, negotiations with the Port to meet the targets.
Assist in Manage container demurrage and detention processes.
Assist in Handle insurance and claims matters involving container and its cargoes.
Monitor company’s staff performances inside the port and ensure all equipment and logistics functions are carried out without interruptions.
Any other related tasks acquired by the department needs.
Commercial Executive
Based in Khartoum
No of Position= 1
Minimum required Qualification/ Experience
Degree in Economics or Business or Logistics.
Fluent in English – both writing and verbal & computer skills.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Container Transportation & Logistics is preferred
Plan, review, monitor and control the implementation of the competitive pricing policies and services packages.
Plan, strategist, manage and control cargo & equipment flow/ loading patterns.
Evaluate and propose periodical sales to customers and Partners.
Review, strategize and expand the new/ existing customer support.
Manage, identify and administer unclaimed cargo incidents.
Monitor performances and ensure all sales and marketing functions are producing the desired revenue targets.
Provide professional advice/ guidelines on Bill of Lading terms and conditions.
Ability of perform all customer service tasks.
Any other related tasks acquired by the department needs.
Admin, Legal & Insurance Officer
Based in Port Sudan
No of Position= 1
Minimum required Qualification/ Experience
Degree in Economics or Business or Logistics.
Fluent in English – both writing and verbal & computer skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Container Transportation & Logistics preferred
obtaining suppliers quotations with preparation and processing of purchase orders.
Managing fuel purchasing and distribution for the company’s vehicles and Generators.
Managing travel arrangements for business directors and employees & hotel reservations.
Coordinating, planning, and arranging company’s events, including annual registration of the company.
Following up outstanding legal issues “contracts – legal cases” and liaising between the company & legal parties.
Submitting Monthly & quarterly Report for all claims and Insurance contracts to Management.
Drafting company formal letters & other Documents related to claims and insurance.
Any other related tasks acquired by the department needs.
