Account Management Team Leader -Morouj
Duties
- Strategic Direction Implementation of the company’s Marketing strategy and representation of corporate identity across Morouj activities/initiatives
- Marketing Communication Channels
Manage all marketing communication channels for targeted customer base (radio, product notifications, advertising, and billboards)
- Prioritising work and resources:
Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production teams or agencies.
- Performance Management
Manage Marketing Communication KPI’s for the teams to monitor and measure expected outcomes for the achievements of strategic objectives and alignment to marketing vision and mission.
- Time and budget management
Managing the quotation presentations and time frames and ensure the related teams meet these timelines
- Reporting:
Manage the reporting of projects progress at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution, to track creative jobs flow and propose corrective action when needed, and share periodical reports with the team and internal clients
- Suppliers/Stakeholders management
Maintaining sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.
- Quality control:
Ensuring the quality of service requested by clients is met (POSM/ branding/ media/ events/ outdoor)
- Team Supervision:
Supervise a team of account executives by recruiting, training and coaching account executives.
- Budget Management:
Setting and meeting budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses, ensure cost effectiveness
- Others:
Take accountability and ownership of any other tasks or projects assigned to them.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: Operations & production team, creative team, Finance Department, Strategy Department and other internal functions
External: Advertising Agencies and other suppliers
Requirements
- Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project or relevant field Management
- Professional Certification in Marketing, Project Management
- Accredited in Marketing
- Professional Membership in Marketing, Project Management
- 5 years of related experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Must have good leadership qualities.
- Must have energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
- Must have strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
- Must have high level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Must have real understanding of print and digital advertising opportunities.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Must have high level of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel .. etc)
