Digital Marketing Team leader -Morouj
Duties
Digital project:
Plan and execute all digital projects (website, apps, partnerships)
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Social Media Presence:
Design, build and maintain our social media presence through keeping up-to-date with social media trends in order to meet our clients needs.
ROI and KPIs Measurement:
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against set KPIs in order to ensure Return On Investment (ROI). This includes identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
Customer Experience Analytics:
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to ensure ongoing customer experience improvement.
Emerging Technologies:
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Content Development
Managing the Creation and distribution of valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
Suppliers/Stakeholders management
Maintaining sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.
Quality control:
Ensuring the quality of service requested by clients is met (website, social media campaign, digital projects)
Team Supervision:
Supervise a team of account executives by rrecruiting, training and coaching account executives.
Budget Management:
Setting and meeting budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses, ensure cost effectiveness
Others:
Take accountability and ownership of any other tasks or projects assigned to them.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: Operations & production team, creative team, Finance Department, Strategy Department and other internal functions
- External: Advertising Agencies and other suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project or relevant field Management
- Professional Certification in Digital Marketing, Project Management
- Accredited in Digital Marketing
- Professional Membership in Digital Marketing, Project Management
- 3 – 5 years of related experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Must have good leadership qualities.
- Must have energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
- Must have strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
- Must have high level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Must have real understanding of print and web advertising opportunities.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Must have high level of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel .. etc)
