Job Title: Operational Risk Supervisor 2021/01
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operational risk manager in coordination activities with other departments/ business units where needed.
- Assist in identifying, measuring, monitoring and recommending strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Comprehensively work on RCSA.
- Analyze technical and business requirements that drive critical business functions.
- Assist with the execution of the business continuity and disaster recovery plan(s).
- Assist in developing documentation of policies, procedures and standards.
- Assist in proactively identifying and addressing risk issues and weakness in products, policies and processes on needs basis.
- Assist in or conducts employee awareness programs, as needed.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (control function or operations function in banking are more preferred).
- Well round knowledge of the Bank’s operations and processes and excellent knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to establish priorities, plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan.
- Well-developed oral report – writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel for analyzing research.
- Ability to work in team set-up.
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand systems and keen to detail.
