Position summary:
To receive, store and deliver implements and equipment in order to Maintain a clean storage facilities, controled inventory level and clear recordsMain Duties & Responsibilities:Items Sorting
- Sort equipment and items as per the invoices received from the inventory team to ensure easy retrieve
Items delivery
- Administer handling and delivery of equipment to benefetieres parties for transfer to insure proper equipment delivery
Transfers
- Monitor and organize loading and offloading of Equipment from & to branches to achieve smooth handling
Stock Take
- Participate in the weekly stock cycle count to ensure that there is no discrepancies
Stock Management
- Manage stock according to FIFO system with an expected outcome to achieve smooth operations
Stock Report
- Prepare stock report monthly to make sure that there is no discrepancies Report missing, excess and damage parts to warehouses supervisor for corrective action
items Receiving
- Receive the equipments and items from procurement officers/suppliers after conducting a full check up to ensure that items received in good condition and with accordance to the purchase invoices.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Procurement within a corporate environmen
- Minimum 2+ years work experience in local market
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English

MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
