Operations and Production Coordinator – Morouj
Duties
Projects Execution Coordination:
Co-ordinating projects execution and production (POSM/ branding/ media/ events/ outdoor), ensuring that all stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget resources and deadlines deliverables.
Projects Follow up and Tracking:
Preparing periodical operations and production status reports and project budgets through regularly tracking and updating projects’ progress.
Informing key stakeholders and building effective relationships with clients:
Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems and building effective relationships with key departments and clients.
Performance management:
Tracking the work follow and reporting the operations and productions performance of the jobs they are handling alongside analytics and recommendations of corrective actions
Suppliers/Stakeholders management:
Maintaining sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.
Quality control:
Ensuring the quality of service requested by clients is met (POSM/ branding/ media/ events/ outdoor), by periodically monitoring and reviewing all suppliers’ job
Time management:
Setting and tracking Operations and production time frames and ensure the related teams meet these timelines
Budget Management:
Meeting budget standards by estimating and managing expenses, ensuring cost effectiveness
Others:
Taking accountability and ownership of any other tasks or projects assigned to them.
Working Relationships:
- Internal: Creative team, Account Management team, Finance Department, Strategy Department and other internal functions
- External: Operations and Production Agencies and other suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project or relevant field Management
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Must be able to stand and move around for long periods at a time
- Must be flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
- Must have high level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Must have a proven track record of executional excellence.
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Must have high level of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel .. etc)
