Duties

Photography & Videography:

Capturing visual content for multiple platforms and producing photography and video in various methods including printed/digital media, to deliver final product to various sources including internal and external customers, media and graphic designers.

Post production work

Handling all post-productions task to prepare the photos or videos for export and printing, sharing, or posting them online. This includes editing, retouching, correcting color, brightness, contrast, other basic exposure settings and fixing any issues . For videos, editing the captured videos together, adding music or sound and fixing any sound issues.

Content creation support

Supporting the communications team with content creation required support, by providing the available photos and videos or arranging for shoots when needed, to be utilised through the various traditional and online channels.

Audio-Visual Archive

Gathering, organising and managing the Audio-Visual Archive (photos, TVC, documentaries, radio jingles, and any produced materials) to ensure the tracking of all productions and the availability of media material when needed

Radio jingles production management

Handling communication with production houses, tracking their progress and performance, and ensuring that the delivered job is up to the set brief

Providing the support needed for any internal and external events/activations, including photography, videography and arranging for the needed light and sound systems based on the location requirement and the events/activations needs

Projects Follow up and Tracking:

Preparing periodical operations and production status reports and project budgets through regularly tracking and updating projects’ progress.

Suppliers/Stakeholders management:

Assigning Audio-Visual and documentation jobs, when outsourcing is required due to the scale or complexity of the project, to the most suitable supplier, tracking their progress and performance, and ensuring that the delivered job is up to the set brief.

Maintaining sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the marketing mission.

Quality control:

Ensuring the quality of service requested by clients is met, by periodically monitoring and reviewing all suppliers’ job

Time management:

Setting and tracking jobs time frames and ensure the related teams meet these timelines

Budget Management:

Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses, ensure cost effectiveness

Others:

Taking accountability and ownership of any other tasks or projects assigned to them.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal: Creative team, Account Management team, Finance Department, Strategy Department and other internal functions
  • External: Operations and Production Agencies and other suppliers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Art, Photography or relevant field Management                              
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in an in-house creative department, design firm or freelancing.
  • Must have proven experience as a photographer in a competitive industry
  • Must have detailed knowledge of photography art and lighting
  • Must have strong creative presence and artistic flair
  • Must be able to stand and move around for long periods at a time
  • Must be flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
  • Must have high level of analytical and organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Must have a proven track record of executional excellence.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Must have high level of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel .. etc.)
